From Crisis to Care: Supporting Employees Through Flood Relief Efforts

On 29 November 2025, YKK Lanka provided urgent welfare and sanitation support, including cooked meal packs for employees and their families affected by severe flooding from continuous heavy rainfall. Additionally, 50 welfare packs containing essential dry items—such as rice, milk powder, biscuits, and detergents—were distributed. 

Beyond the company’s contribution of USD 15,000, the YKK Lanka Sports & Welfare Association contributed USD 14,500 to provide cash grants to employees who suffered significant damage to their homes and loss of personal belongings.
