YKK is proud to announce the successful completion of the 2023 YKK ASAO Group Kids Football clinic (AKFC) in New Delhi, India.
This year’s event was held in collaboration with the Real Madrid Foundation (RMF) as part of YKK Holding Asia ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, ran from November 2nd to 5th and aimed to promote healthy growth in children through sport.
Over three engaging days, 265 underprivileged children from over four Non-Government Organizations (NGO) received expert football training from RMF coaches Carlos Gustavo Albert Garcia, Victor Lopez Pacheco, and Maria Bores Vazquez. Notably, Maria represents the clinic’s first-ever female RMF coach, aligning with our commitment to empowering women.
Furthermore, 24 local coaches participated in the program, gaining valuable skills and knowledge through world-class training methods and techniques. This initiative ensures that the positive impact of the AKFC program continues long after the clinic concludes, as local coaches can effectively share their newly acquired expertise with young players in their communities.
