On November 7, 2025, YKK Vietnam Dong Van Factory donated VND 200 million to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh Province to assist local communities severely affected by recent tropical storms, Bualoi (No. 10), Matmo (No. 11), and Fengshen (No. 12). The donation aims to help residents recover and regain stability. Representing the company’s management, Mr. Nguyen Danh Hop, Assistant Manager of the Planning Department, and Mr. Vu Duy Tuyn, Assistant Manager of the Human Resources Department, attended the ceremony to hand over the donation to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. “At YKK, contributing to society is one of our core corporate values,” said Mr. Hop. “We sincerely hope that this small contribution will help local people recover from difficulties and rebuild their lives.”
Sharing the same spirit, Mr. Tuyn added, “Beyond business activities, YKK Vietnam always strives to stand with local communities during challenging times, spreading compassion and social responsibility.” Ms. Tran Thi Ngan, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh Province, expressed her appreciation for the company’s meaningful support and confirmed that the donated amount will be allocated transparently and used effectively to reach affected households.
This initiative continues YKK Vietnam Dong Van Factory’s longstanding support for the community. In 2024, the company donated VND 1 billion through the same organization to assist victims of Typhoon Yagi. These efforts reflect YKK’s enduring dedication to building a sustainable and caring society, in line with its global commitment to corporate social responsibility.
