Proper sanitation facilities are crucial for public health, and without them, communities face a greater risk of diseases. YKK Indonesia recognized this need and took action to improve sanitation for the neighbouring community.
Following a request from the head of the local community of RW. 04 Kel. Tugu, located near their factory, YKK Indonesia installed a brand-new septic waste management system in a resident’s house within RW. 04 Kel. Tugu in October 2023. This system will serve as a model for future installations throughout the community.
