As a step towards supporting education and empowering the future generation, YKK India has extended its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities by providing vital learning facilities to Pranpura Government Higher School. The initiative aims to create a conducive learning environment for the students, enabling them to access better infrastructure and improve their overall educational experience.
Aiming to improve the classroom experience, YKK India donated 81 short-size dual desks and 128 full-size dual desks, improving the seating facilities for students. This improvement in the seating arrangements is expected to help foster a better learning environment, contributing to more focused and productive classroom sessions.
In addition to the new desks, YKK India also recognised the importance of upgrading the school’s computer facilities. The company donated 20 computers, complete with computer tables and chairs, ensuring that students have access to the technology needed to gain essential digital skills. The upgraded computer room is also equipped with a projector and a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) system to ensure that learning can continue smoothly without power disruptions. These technological improvements will allow students to engage with modern educational tools and resources, which are crucial for their academic development in today’s technology-driven world.
