As part of YKK India’s CSR initiatives, YKK India worked hard to improve the infrastructure in Pranpura School since the initiative started in the year 2022. The repairs and renovation works were conducted through the same year till March 2023.

It includes considering society, the environment and contributing to the resolution of challenges faced by the community.
Before undertaking the renovation works, YKK India had a meeting with head of school to identify the priority areas to improve. These works include, electrical fittings, providing tube lights and fans in classrooms, increasing the height of the boundary wall surrounding the school for safety, constructing new female and male washrooms, roof repairs, painting of classrooms and installation of water cooler with reverse osmosis system.
The upgrades to the school infrastructure and safety were met with positive reactions from the local community and the children in the village nearby.
