YKK Indonesia Initiates Road Repair Work Around Cimanggis Factory

In December 2022, YKK Indonesia (Cimanggis factory) initiated to repair the road access to the neighbourhood around the factory. The road mentioned is a small road near the river, connecting YKK to the neighbouring community. 

Due to landslides, the road was damaged, with railings destroyed. The hazard could endanger people who are passing by.
With the neighbouring community’s safety in mind, YKK Indonesia initiated the repair works. 

Engaging the works of an outside project partner, PT SSE (Sarana Steel Engineering), the repair works safely concluded after 1.5 months.

A river cleaning activity was later conducted by the Ministry of Public Housing & Public Works (PUPR).
