YKK Thailand Supports Mangrove Ecosystem Project

Mangroves are one of the most important and productive ecosystems on earth, providing a host of invaluable ecosystem goods and services to local people and the wider world.

YKK Thailand were among the government official of Samutprakarn Industrial Office collaborates with the consultant from Kasetsart University to create more greenery environment by planting more trees and to reduce the pollution and vulnerability to disasters from natural event. The project took place on 29 September 2020 behind the factory of YKK Thailand and trees planted on that day includes Peltophorum pterocarpum, Cerbera odollam, and Rhizophora mucronato.
