YKK Zipper Indonesia Cibitung factory organises a free health clinic twice yearly and this year’s clinic was held in the RT01 RW06 Dusun I neighbourhood on 24 January 2024.
Ms. Dian Haerani, the head doctor of YKK Zipper Indonesia’s team of in-house clinic doctors and nurses was engaged for this health treatment program.
A total of 82 residents, consisting mainly elderly and children, took part in this program. After registration, the residents undergo a series of tests including blood sugar, cholesterol, uric acid, and a basic diagnosis based on observation and symptoms for acute respiratory infection (ISPA), a common but easily transmitted disease affecting all age groups in Indonesia. Residents then collect their prescribed medication after the check-up.
The free health clinic was a huge success as community members and leaders gathered to express gratitude and requested the continuation of the activity.
YKK Zipper Indonesia will continue to support and make a positive impact on the community.
